01

Certification

Are the THS training programs online or in person?

Your certification can be done 100% online through our pre-recorded lectures paired with scheduled calls for group discussion and case studies. Each training also comes with an optional live graduation weekend in Las Vegas. It isn't required to get certified, but it's a fun chance to train and learn together in person.

What's the difference between the Teacher Training and the Practitioner Track?

Teacher Training students get all online materials plus coaching and mentorship leading up to certification. Practitioner Track (PracTrack) students get only the pre-recorded material on handstand practice, with no group calls, homework, coaching assessment or mentorship. PracTrack is for students who want to advance their own practice; Teacher Training is for those pursuing handstand coaching and certification through our method.

How often do we meet online?

For Level 1 we meet every other weekend on Google Meet or Zoom to discuss the lecture material (Anatomy, Coaching, Programming, Personal Branding). In later modules these calls are where you present your case study from your sample student, including photos and videos of specific skills and drills.

What are the prerequisites for Level 1?

Handstand coaching is a skill-based craft, so certain benchmarks must be met before joining. The baseline is a 30-second hold and a consistent practice of at least 3x per week.

Is this program recognized by Yoga Alliance?

Yes. Our Level 1 Certification is recognized by Yoga Alliance and can be added to your YA credentials after graduation. It is not a yoga certification and does not qualify you as a 200-hr yoga teacher. Level 2 will be submitted to YA once its curriculum is final.

What happens after graduating THS?

You can join our monthly online trainings to keep advancing your training and coaching skills, and be added to our Coaches page so students can find you. Some graduates are invited to lead future classes, workshops and full trainings under the THS brand.

02

Coaching & Seminars

Do I need a freestanding handstand to start online coaching?

No. Whether you're building consistency in your freestanding handstand or pursuing advanced skills, your training starts from where you are now.

How does feedback work?

Send your training videos to your coach every week. They review your technique and respond with personalized notes and corrections, plus a monthly 1:1 live call.

Who are the coaches?

Every THS Coach has graduated our Coaching Certification Program and reports back to leadership on each student they manage.

Can I host a seminar at my studio?

Yes. We partner with gyms, studios and retreat centers around the world. Reach out through our contact page.
